Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all workspace ergonomics consultation services purchased from WorkAlign Hub, operated by Fitstrengthox at fitstrengthox.ddd. Because our products are professional advisory services rather than physical goods, this policy addresses cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for consultation packages.
1. Scope
This policy covers the Express Desk Assessment ($149), Full Workplace Ergonomics Review ($349), Executive Hybrid Workspace Package ($599), and any add-on services such as follow-up coaching or on-site visits. Physical equipment recommended during consultations is purchased separately from third-party vendors and is not subject to this Return Policy.
2. Cancellation Before Your Session
You may cancel a booked consultation and receive a full refund if:
- You notify us at least forty-eight hours before your scheduled session start time via support@fitstrengthox.click or +12108904040.
- We are unable to deliver the session due to technical failure on our end and cannot reschedule within five business days.
Cancellations made less than forty-eight hours before the session are eligible for a fifty percent refund or one free rescheduling within thirty days, at our discretion.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free when requested at least twenty-four hours in advance. Executive Hybrid Workspace Package holders receive unlimited rescheduling with twenty-four hours notice. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
4. After Session Delivery
Once your consultation has been delivered and your written summary or checklist has been sent, the service is considered fulfilled. Refunds are generally not available after delivery because of the time and expertise invested. Exceptions may be granted if:
- The agreed deliverables were not provided within five business days of the session.
- A material factual error in your report is identified and we are unable to issue a corrected version within ten business days of your notice.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your Full Workplace Ergonomics Review or Executive Hybrid Workspace Package, contact us within seven days of session completion. We will offer one complimentary thirty-minute follow-up session to address concerns. This remedy is limited and does not include cash refunds except where required by law.
6. Corporate and Volume Bookings
Organizations booking multiple workstation assessments under a corporate agreement may have customized cancellation terms specified in their written contract. Where no contract exists, the standard policy in sections 2 and 3 applies to each scheduled session.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to provide session records and communications to the payment processor. We encourage you to reach out to support@fitstrengthox.click so we can address concerns promptly.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven to fourteen business days. Bank processing times may vary. You will receive email confirmation when a refund is initiated.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: completed add-on coaching sessions, on-site visit fees after the visit has occurred, expedited booking surcharges, and third-party software or equipment costs.
10. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

11. Policy Changes
Fitstrengthox may update this Return Policy. Changes apply to bookings made after the updated date unless otherwise stated. Existing confirmed bookings honor the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
