By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or submitting a contact form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Description

WorkAlign Hub provides professional ergonomics consultation services including remote desk assessments, on-site workplace evaluations, written reports, and follow-up coaching. Our services are educational and advisory in nature, focused on workspace setup, posture habits, and equipment positioning. We do not provide medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or therapeutic interventions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. By booking a consultation, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to share workspace details, including video access to your work area when applicable.

3. Booking and Payment

Consultation packages are listed on desk-offerings.html with prices in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate accounts. Prices may change without notice; confirmed bookings honor the price displayed at purchase. Additional fees may apply for on-site visits outside the standard service area or expedited scheduling.

4. Session Conduct

During remote sessions, you agree to provide adequate lighting, camera access to your workspace, and a stable internet connection. You are responsible for implementing recommendations at your own discretion. Fitstrengthox is not liable for injuries resulting from improper implementation of suggestions or from equipment purchased based on our neutral recommendations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, assessment methodologies, and the Posture Blueprint framework—is owned by Fitstrengthox or its licensors. Assessment reports delivered to you are licensed for your personal or internal business use. Redistribution, resale, or public publication of reports without written permission is prohibited.

6. User Content

Information you submit through contact forms or during consultations remains your responsibility. You grant WorkAlign Hub a limited license to use submitted content solely to deliver and improve our ergonomics services. You must not submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitstrengthox disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim related to a consultation package shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific package.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fitstrengthox, its officers, employees, and contractors from claims arising out of your misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for consultation packages are set forth in our Return Policy at return.html, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
